It only seems natural that I would be a Realtor.  After all, our family has worked in the home building business, appraisal business, and home improvement business for many years.  I decided to "top off" my expertise with being able to help folks in our area buy homes, sell homes, build homes, etc.  That is what I do and why I always say, "For every home there is a buyer, for every buyer...a home!"  No matter what type of home you have, we can find a buyer...No matter what kind of home you want to buy...there is one out there, maybe more than one! 

I was born and raised in Staunton, Virginia, which gave me an immediate advantage...living in the beautiful Shenandoah Valley.  I have lived and worked in this area all of my life and now live in East Rockingham County, in Elkton, VA.  And again...we are just at the foot of the Blue Ridge Mountains and have a great view of the Massanutten as well.  This is one of the reasons that I choose to belong to three associations--the Greater Augusta Association of Realtors (GAAR), MRIS, and Harrisonburg-Rockingham Association of Realtors (HRAR). 

I am in my element when helping first-time home buyers, especially with the new $8000 tax credit available with the stimulus package.  Ask me about it!  I also love to help find those dream homes as well and everything in between.  I am committed to give you my time and attention, spend my advertising dollars on your property, hold your home open, show other Realtors, help with staging, and TO DO WHATEVER IT TAKES to get you into a home of your choice or help to market and ultimately sell your home or land!  We have had a tough year, but there are some great deals out there!!
